Riverside fire 57% Contained, Beachie Creek Fire 59% Contained

OREGON CITY, ORE. – The Riverside Fire is still burning about 138,000 acres in Clackamas County, but it’s now 57 percent contained.

252 firefighters Monday will continue working along the northern portion of the fire to put out heat sources.

Meanwhile, the Beachie Creek Fire is burning about 193,000 acres and is 59% contained.

174 firefighters Monday are patrolling the fireline and mopping up any heat found along the edge.
