Plane Makes Emergency Landing Near Keizer

KEIZER, Ore. — A pilot made an emergency landing north of Keizer this morning after the small plane experienced engine failure.
The control tower lost contact with the pilot briefly before landing the 2007 P2002 Sierra in a field off Windsor Island Road around 9:45am.
A pilot and their flight instructor were on board. Neither of them were injured.
