Man Shot And Killed In North Portland Early Wednesday

PORTLAND, Ore. — Police were called to the intersection of North Mohawk Avenue and North Fessenden Street at 12:20 on Wednesday morning. Officers found a man dead and what they call a person involved in the shooting still at the scene.
That person is cooperating with detectives and police say there is no threat to the community.
The man who died is identified as 30-year-old Zachary Moore.
This is the city’s 15th homicide of the year.
