Inslee to Ban Public Gatherings

Washington State Governor Jay Inslee is expected to ban gatherings and events of more than 250 people in the Seattle metro area. This is an effort to try an contain the coronavirus.
Inslee will speak in Seattle on Wednesday.
The ban will apply to King, Pierce, and Snohomish Counties. It’s not expected to apply to work places or schools. Santa Clara County in California on Monday had banned all gatherings of 1,000 people or more.
