Illegal Alien Goes To Prison For Killing Two In DUII Crash

SALEM, Ore– Logan and Jessica Wilson were killed instantly last year when drunk driver Eduardo de la Lima-Vargas ran a stop light and plowed into them on the motorcycle they were riding.the couple left behind four children. Today a Marion county Judge sentenced Vargas to 12 and 1/2 years in prison with no chance for parole. he will also have to serve 364 days in the Marion County jail for the DUII part of his sentence. Once his sentences are complete he may be deported back to his country by the U.S. Government.
