Ilani Sports Book Firing on All Cylinders
RIDGEFIELD, Wash – The Stadium is the Vegas style sports book that is very much hitting its stride after opening up over a year ago at Ilani Resort and Casino.
The manager of the sports book is veteran gaming man Hugh Aufill. He has decades of experience in the industry, both in Las Vegas and at the Native American casino level. He was brought in specifically to create Ilani’s sportsbook from the ground up. After a few growing pains, Hugh feels like it’s really operating at a very high and professional level.
Hugh tells KXL’s Brett Reckamp, they’ve done countless hours of training for staff and he feels like the staff is knowledgeable and friendly. He says it’s all about customer service. The more they advise and help out their clients, the better it is for them and for the casino.
