Hiker Rescued From Cliffs At Wolf Rock

LINN COUNTY, Ore. – A hiker was rescued from the cliffs at Wolf Rock in Linn County over the weekend.
The Sheriff’s Office says 23-year-old Johnathan Takle of Hillsboro was performing a technical climb up the cliff when some of his gear fell to the ground.
He used what he had left to anchor himself to the rock and to call for help.
Almost 20 hours later, he was rescued.
He’s expected to be OK.
