Deadly Crash Closes Stark Street Bridge For Hours

Troutdale, Ore. — The Multnomah County Sheriff’s Office says one person died and three others were injured in a head on crash just south of the Stark Street Bridge Wednesday.
The crash happened around 5:00 p.m. According to the Sheriff’s Office, the driver of the first vehicle was pinned and was pronounced dead at the scene. The driver of the second vehicle suffered serious injuries and was taken to the hospital, while the passengers were taken to the hospital for precautionary measures.
The cause of the crash has not been released.
Stark Street reopened about 10:15 p.m.
