Portland, Oregon – A Portland restaurant’s closure leaves employees and customers stunned. They also say they’re out some money. “Cupcake Jones” had two locations, one in the Pearl District and another in Vancouver. News Partner KGW stopped-by in the Pearl. There was a “For Lease” sign in the window. Some customers paid deposits for upcoming events and they say they haven’t been refunded. Employees say their paychecks have been bouncing. It’s still not clear why the company is closing. One customer says there used to be a third location in the Alberta neighborhood that recently shutdown a few months ago.
