Carina’s Bakery Thriving in Beaverton!

Owning your own business is hard. Much harder than people imagine when they first decide to do it. It means 7-day work weeks, and in the case of a bakery, it means getting up hours before the shop opens so you can get all the donuts, pastries, and muffins made.  Carina Comer opened Carina’s Bakery in Beaverton six years ago, and she happens to be legally blind, which as you can imagine, poses some challenges.  You can hear more of her story here:
