An Oregon Landmark Burns

Otis, Ore – A fire broke out Thursday evening at the popular Otis Cafe near Lincoln City. No one was hurt. North Lincoln Fire and Rescue said the fire appeared to have started in the cafe’s attic at about 7:45 p.m. Firefighters said the damage was contained to the attic and kitchen. Otis Cafe owner Jeff England said he hopes to rebuild and was overwhelmed by the show of support from the community.
