Woodburn Police Department Seeks Public’s Help In Locating Missing Resident With Medical Conditions

Woodburn, Ore. — The Woodburn Police Department (WPD) is asking for the public’s assistance in finding 60-year-old Woodburn resident Edward “Brandon” Stowers, who has gone missing. Stowers was last seen leaving the parking lot of his residence on Monday, May 8 at approximately 9:20 a.m.

Stowers is an African American male who is described as 5’9” and weighing 225 lbs. He has short black and gray hair, brown eyes, and wears glasses. The vehicle he was driving when he was last seen is a 2018 Hyundai Elantra Red with a sunroof and OR License plate 231-LQK.

Stowers suffers from medical conditions and does not have his medication with him. He left his wallet and credit cards behind, which has caused great concern for his wellbeing.

The Woodburn Police Department has released a photo of Stowers and a picture of a similar vehicle to the one he is driving to aid in the search.
