Shots Fired At Car In NE Portland

PORTLAND, Ore. — A person was shot at in their vehicle in Northeast Portland early Tuesday morning.
It apparently started when two cars nearly collided at Rodney Avenue and Cook Street around 1:49am.
Gunshots were fired from one of the vehicles, just narrowly missing the other driver. One bullet hit the driver’s headrest.
Police have not released a description of the suspect’s vehicle.
