Shooting In Gresham Kills Portland Teen, Wounds Two Others

GRESHAM, Ore. — Three people were shot at a Gresham apartment complex. A teen from Portland was killed in the shooting at the Columbia Trails Apartments on Northwest 15th Street and Florence Avenue on the afternoon of December 4th.
He’s identified as 15-year-old Lowgunn Ivey. A 14-year-old boy and a 23-year-old man survived the shooting.
There has not been an arrest.
