OSU Extends Tinkle’s Contract After Magical Elite 8 Run

CORVALLIS, Ore. – Oregon State University has rewarded men’s basketball coach Wayne Tinkle for taking his team to the Elite 8.
The school today extended the coach’s contract for three years.
That’s on top of the additional 1 year that was automatically tacked on when the Beavers made the NCAA tournament.
Tinkle’s deal now expires after the 2026-2017 season.
Financial details of the extension haven’t been released.
