Multnomah County And Portland Both Declare Weather State Of Emergency, To Open Shelters

PORTLAND, Ore. – With snow and freezing temperatures in tonight’s forecast, Multnomah County and the City of Portland have both declared state of emergencies.
That means that starting at 8 tonight, four severe weather shelters will open.
You can get a ride to a shelter by calling 2-1-1.
The sites will close at 10 Thursday morning.
