Man Shot Dead In Hillsboro Parking Lot

HILLSBORO, Ore. — Police were called to a parking lot behind the Les Schwab Tires store on SE 10th and Baseline a little after 4:00am on Friday and found the body of a man.

A witness told police they heard the gunshots and saw someone lying on the ground.

The victim was identified on Monday afternoon as 27-year old Carlos Arellano-Garcia.

Officers used K-9’s to help with the search for a suspect, but they didn’t have any luck.  Police say this was an isolated incident.
