House Speaker Expected To Announce Impeachment Inquiry At 2 P.M.

(Washington, DC) — The White House is hammering House Speaker Nancy Pelosi’s expected announcement that the House will launch a formal impeachment inquiry against President Trump. Trump tweeted that Democrats are “so focused on hurting the Republican Party and the President that they are unable to get anything done.” He called it “so bad for the country.” White House Press Secretary Stephanie Grisham put out a statement accusing Democrats of continuing to “weaponize politics,” instead of working for their constituents.

A 2 p.m. Pacific Time press conference is expected.
