Gunfire in Southeast Portland Sends One Person to the Hospital

Portland, OR.—- It’s not clear what led up to a shooting in Southeast Portland’s Powellhurst-Gilbert Neighborhood that sent a man to the hospital. Officers found the victim with a least one gunshot wound around 10:30 p.m. Thursday night near 104th and Holgate. There is no information about a suspect. Police say the man’s injuries are serious. The Gun Violence Reduction Team shut down Southeast Holgate between 102nd and 104th Avenues during the investigation.
