Fire Truck Involved In Serious Crash

Marion County, Ore. — The Marion County Sheriff’s Office CRASH Team responded to a two-vehicle crash that occurred in the 4200 block of Delaney Rd SE on April 5, 2023, at approximately 12:47 pm. One of the vehicles involved in the accident was a Turner Fire Engine that was on its way to respond to a call for service. The driver, who was the only person in the fire engine, was taken to a nearby hospital for evaluation of non-life-threatening injuries. Fortunately, no one else involved in the crash was reported injured.

The investigation into the incident is ongoing, and no further information is currently available.
