Deadly Crash On NE Halsey

Portland, Oregon – We hope to learn more about a deadly crash that shut down a stretch of Northeast Halsey this morning. The wreck happened just before 2am. The Major Crash Team is on the scene. It’s not clear how many vehicles were involved. Northeast Halsey was closed in both directions between Northeast 140th and 146th Avenues during the investigation.
