Cap And Trade Is Dead

Salem, Ore. — Oregon Republicans say they will be back on the Senate Floor Saturday morning after assurances from both Governor Kate Brown and Senate President Peter Courtney that HB 2020 is dead.
Senate Republican leader Herman Baertschiger, Jr. at a press conference is Salem Friday morning said he came back to the state alone and the rest of the Republicans are now on their way back as well.
He says the goal is to pass all the budget bills that in the last two days of the session.
