Camper Stuck On Pedestrian Overpass
Portland, Oregon – Portland Police are trying to figure out who drove a camper through a pedestrian bridge and got it stuck. It happened on the Steel Street Bridge over I-205 between 92nd and 96th Avenues, and between Holgate and Foster. Police say someone was pulling their camper through with their vehicle when it got stuck. The believe the person who did this just took off in their car. Police say unfortunately there were no witnesses so if you have any information give them a call. KXL’s Jacob Dean lives in Lents and made it over there before it was towed away. Check out the photos:
Folks, @OregonDOT maintains a couple of pedestrian/bike ONLY bridges over I-205 in the precinct. Shaking our heads over this one. This is at SE Steele St between 92nd/96th. Please honor the crime scene tape and avoid the overpass until @OregonDOT can assess. #pdxtraffic pic.twitter.com/A54RbWUQ8I
