3 Wounded, 1 Dead Within 10 Hours In The Metro Area
PORTLAND, Ore. — Four shootings in the metro area between Thursday night and Friday morning are under investigation.
Two of the shootings were in Gresham. A victim was shot in the leg and chest on Southeast 188th Avenue around 8:00pm. Just after midnight, 28-year-old man died in the parking lot of Rockwood Plaza at 182nd and Division from a gunshot wound to the chest.
A third person was wounded at the Skyland Pub on Troutdale Road around 10:45pm. The shooter, 23-year-old Nazario Martinez, was arrested.
Finally, a man was shot just off Southeast 103rd and Foster Road in Portland around 6:15am on Friday. More than a dozen shell casings were found at that scene.
