Victim Shot Multiple Times In SE Portland

PORTLAND, Ore. — Police say a man in a parking lot near Southeast 123rd and Powell was shot multiple times and seriously injured just before 4:00 on Friday afternoon. He was rushed into surgery and is expected to recover.
Investigators say someone in a vehicle drove up and shot the victim. A business was also struck by the gunfire.
The Gun Violence Reduction Team is working to identity the suspect.
