Vancouver Teen Rescued From Cliff

Vancouver, Wa. – Fire crews in Vancouver had to use a rope and harness to rescue a teenager stuck on a steep cliff early this morning. They got a 9-1-1 call around 3 a.m.  The 35 foot cliff is along SE 192nd Avenue near the Lewis and Clark trail. Crews say the boy was too scared to move.
