Join KXL to provide winter survival kits in our community!
COVID-19 has changed things for our neighbors living on the streets of Portland this winter. So, Union Gospel Mission’s Search + Rescue team is providing Winter Survival Kits containing items like a coat, boots, hygiene items, and a meal.
These kits can be the first step to changing someone’s life, and eventually lead a person off the streets or into one of Union Gospels Mission’s recovery programs.
“It was more than just, ‘Here’s your coffee and here’s a coat.’ They really made me feel like I belonged here,” said Dave, a former Search + Rescue recipient who will soon graduate from UGM’s recovery program.
Partner with KXL as we join Union Gospel Mission in providing Winter Survival Kits to those neighbors that are cold and wet on our streets this winter.
