Redmond Residents Evacuate Due To 200-Acre Fire

(Redmond, OR) — Residents on the east side of Redmond are fleeing their homes in response to a 200-acre wildfire. Fire officials issued Level 3 “Go” evacuations yesterday due to the Incident 422 fire burning near Highway 126 just north of the Redmond Air Center. High winds yesterday caused the blaze to grow from two acres to 200.
