One Person Shot Near Steel Bridge

PORTLAND, Ore. — Somebody was shot on Wednesday morning near the Steel Bridge in Old Town.
The person is expected to survive. They were shot in a green space between Northwest Natio and Everett just before 8:15.
There’s no information yet about a suspect.
The city has seen a record number of shootings of well over 1,000 this year.
