ODOT: I-405 Open Again After Closure For Bike-Ped Bridge To Be Put in

Sunday Morning, the Oregon Department Of Transportation announced:
Interstate 405 is now open in in both directions after the road was closed for installation of the City of Portland’s new pedestrian and bicycle bridge. The new Flanders Crossing will connect Northwest Portland with the Pearl District and the central city over I-405.
