Feeding Portland, One Burrito at a Time!

There’s a group of people who meet once a month at the Rose City Park United Methodist Church in Portland to roll burritos and then hand them out to anyone who needs a meal. They’re called the Burrito Brigade, and I got a chance to help them out on Sunday.   I got there at about 10:30 and started chopping potatoes and carrots, then moved on to tomatoes and peppers.  Then came the fun part:  rolling the burritos!    I took lots of pictures and I talked to several people who were on the burrito line.
