Will We Get A New One? When?

We’ve heard a lot of talk lately about Oregon and Washington agreeing on the need to replace the aging Interstate Bridge. Both states’ governors are pledging money for bridge planning.  Just wondering– when do you think we’ll see a new bridge connecting Portland and Vancouver?
