Lars brings on John DiLorenzo, the attorney representing a group suing the city of Portland and commissioner Nick Fish over the legality of the Portland Harbor Cleanup Fund.  Kent Craford and Floy Jones are taking this issue to the Multnomah County Circuit Court to prevent the city from moving $12 million in sewer ratepayer funds to the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency.  These funds are only supposed to be for Portland sewer-related projects and that’s the main argument against the city.  Listen below for more.
