Olympia, Washington – Washington is about to become a first in the world of healthcare. Governor Inslee is expected to sign a bill into law today that would create public health care option that would include everybody. It is a set of tiered plans that are expected to be up to 10% cheaper than comparable private insurance. The Washington plans are set to be available to all residents regardless of income by 2021. This is likely to spark the National debate over the government’s role in health care.
