Video Shows Woman Abandoning Dog At Park In Vancouver

Clark County, Wash. – Who would abandon an older yellow lab at a dog park and drive away? Some call the video shared on TMZ heartbreaking. It happened at Orchards Community Park. The woman was driving a Tesla. Clark County Animal Protection is handling the investigation. The older yellow lab ended up at a dog shelter called I Paw’d It Forward.
