Victim Shot At SE 130th & Powell

PORTLAND, Ore. — Officers are investigating a shooting on Monday afternoon in Southeast Portland.  Police were dispatched to 130th and Powell around 4:00pm.

A man was shot several times and is said to be seriously injured.  Officers wrapped a tourniquet around the victim’s leg before he was transported to the hospital.

Police have not yet released information about the shooter.

A five-block stretch of Southeast Powell Blvd. was blocked while detectives investigated.
