Philly Cheesesteak: Yes, it’s Vegan, and it’s Delicious!

Vegan food is getting more like “regular food”.   Not that long ago if you were vegan or vegetarian, options were pretty limited.   The Plant Based food industry has expanded, and expanded and expanded.  That’s good news for those who don’t eat meat and for those who want to give it a try on occasion.  Who would have thought a few years ago there would be such a thing as a vegan Philly Cheesesteak?   Buddy and Ang are Philadelphians who always dreamed of starting their own food truck and selling their home city’s iconic sandwich.   They saw their dream come true and opened Buddy’s Steaks on SE Sandy Blvd in the Rose City Food Park.
