Vancouver Police arrest suspect in stabbing

VANCOUVER, Wa– Sunday morning at about 9:20 Vancouver police found a man stabbed near the 3300 block of East 18th Street. The victim was out taking a walk.
The man who stabbed him is identified as 29-year-old Joshua A. Ryan. he ran from the scene.
The man who was stabbed was taken to the hospital. The extent of his injuries is not known. He is expected to survive.
Joshua Ryan was arrested and booked in Clark County Jail.
