Two Shot, One Killed in Cully Neighborhood
Portland Police are trying to figure out who shot two people, one of them fatally, in the Cully neighborhood.
They say on March 1, 2021, at about 10:19 p.m., police responded to a report of gunshots near the 5200 block of Northeast Alberta Street.
Officers found two people with gunshot wounds. One died, and an ambulance took the other person to a hospital.
Officers say they set up a crime scene to preserve evidence, and began to canvass the neighborhood for witnesses.
Portland Police homicide detectives are taking over the investigation.
