Denver, Co – The Blazers are hungry for a Game 5 win tonight in Denver. But a few of the players may just be plain hungry including Enes Kanter. KXL’s Jim Ferretti reports.

May 5th marked the start of Ramadan, the Islamic Holy Month where Muslims fast from sunrise to sundown. Kanter tells the New York Times he actually works harder during Ramadan because his body’s used to it. Harris Zafar with the local Ahmadiyya Muslim Community says fasting is prescribed for Muslims, but it all started before the NBA playoffs. He says it’s really up to each player to decide how they will take part. For Kanter it means breakfast before sunrise then dropping 30 points on the nuggets tonight.
