Transient Murdered at NE Portland Camp, Suspect Arrested

PORTLAND, Ore. — A person was found dead at a transient camp in Northeast Portland late Tuesday afternoon.

Officers were called to the area of 78th and Schuyler just after 5:00pm.  The victim has not been identified.

40-year-old Aaron Christopher was arrested nearby for murder and abuse of a corpse.
