If you get a call threatening to shut off your power unless you pay right away, then you are most likely being scammed. That’s according to Shane Corson with PGE. Lately Customer service reps have seen an increase in the amount of calls pertaining to scams. PGE is trying to make customers aware of the signs. He added if you have any doubts at all, you should contact PGE immediately.
