Teenager Missing in Southern Oregon

Roseburg, Ore – A 14-year-old Roseburg girl is missing. Sheena Horton was last seen leaving her house around 4:00 Sunday afternoon. The Oregon Department of Human Services, Child Welfare Division says the teenager is believed to with a man named: Kristopher Kachel and may be in danger. They don’t know if she is still in Southern Oregon. The Douglas County Sheriff’s Office says Sheena is described as 5 foot 1 with brown hair and brown eyes with braces.
