Police are looking for a 13-year-old boy who is missing in Northeast Portland’s King Neighborhood. His name is Noah. Police say the teen is white, five-feet-tall, wearing a dark blue shirt…and blue jeans. If you see him call 9-1-1. Photo courtesy of News Partner KGW.
