(New York, NY) — Sports Illustrated is being sold. The Meredith Corporation is selling the iconic magazine to marketing company Authentic Brands Group. The sale was announced today for 110-million-dollars. As part of the agreement, Meredith will continue to publish the magazine and its website and pay a licensing fee to Authentic Brands Group in order to do so.
