Should a company be forced to move because a school district wants to park its buses?

Lars brings on Trevor Fearn, the Portland Operations Manager for Mutual Materials, to discuss the North Clackamas School District’s interest to acquire their entire property for the purpose of servicing and parking buses.  If the school board approves the plan at the end of the month, Mutual Materials will be forced to move out of their property.
