Shots Fired During Burglary In Columbia County Leads To Standoff

SAUVIE ISLAND — Gunshots were fired at a home on Northwest Reeder Road on Sauvie Island in Columbia County on Tuesday night during a burglary.
The incident led to an overnight standoff with a suspect who authorities say may be barricaded inside.
A long stretch of Reeder Road was closed to all traffic for several hours. The standoff ended just before 5:00am.
