Shooting In North Portland

Portland, Ore. – There was a shooting reported this morning in North Portland. It happened around 3:15am on North Williams avenue, just north of the I-5 freeway. We know that police and medics responded to the scene. No word yet if anyone was hurt, or if police have a suspect. We’ll keep you updated.
