UPDATE: Third Case Of Monkeypox Reported In Oregon

UPDATE: A third case of the disease has been reported in Oregon. It is also in Lane County.

EUGENE, Ore. – Oregon health officials reported the second case of monkeypox in the state.

Lane County Public Health reported the latest case, noting the patient did not have a travel history to an area with known cases.

The main symptoms of monkeypox include a blister-like rash that appears on the face and body, fever, headache, chills, muscle aches and fatigue.
