Seaside Beach Could Open to Visitors With Limits

SEASIDE, Ore….Discussions continue on how to reopen Oregon’s Beaches safely for locals and tourists has become a top priority for officials up and down the Oregon coast.  In Seaside the city council has plans to open the beach and nearby trails Monday through Friday 6:AM to 5 PM beginning May 18th .  Restroom would also be open during those times.   Weekends would be off limits to avoid overcrowding.

An Alt-right group from Portland  is planning to have over 200 people meet in Seaside on the prom Saturday .  They want restrictions lifted so all can enjoy  the beach.  Counties will review the phase 1 plan to reopen again on Thursday May 14th.
